NOTICE is hereby given that at an Extra-
ordinary General Meeting of the Com- pany held at No. 11, Wyndham Street, 1st floor, Victoria, Hong Kong, on Friday, the 28th day of January, 1938, at 12 noon, the following special resolution was duly passed :-
"That it is desirable to wind up the Company and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Messrs. Lam Shu Wing, Leung Wan Pak and Kan Yik Ting be and they are hereby appointed liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up."
