No. S. 9.-It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in triplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for Shelter for Bus Passengers at Queen Mary Hospital", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 24th day of January, 1938. The work consists of the erection of a brick and reinforced concrete shelter for bus passengers.

As security for the proper performance of the works under this contract, the successful tenderer will be required to deposit, in cash, a sum of $250 with the Colonial Treasurer, which sum will be retained for a period of six months from the date of completion of the works in lieu of the usual retention money.

No work will be permitted on Sundays.

For form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at this Office.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
