5. The Colonial Secretary laid on the table the Report of the Finance Committee
(No. 7), dated the 19th June, 1930, and moved its adoption.

Supplementary Appropriation Bill.-The Colonial Secretary addressed the Council and moved the First reading of a Bil intituled "An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a Supplementary Sum of Three hundred and four thousand five hundred and thirty-eight Dollars and eighty-three Cents to defray the Charges of the year 1929."
The Colonial Treasurer seconded.

the Council and moved the First reading of a Bill intituled to amend the New Territories Regulation Ordinance, 1910." The Colonial Secretary seconded.
