Tan Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly con- vened and held at Ming Yuen Gardens, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong Kong, on Thursday, the 3rd day of October, 1929, the following resolu- tion was passed: ---
"That it has been proved to the satis- faction of the meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind-up same, and, accordingly, that the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Mr. Woo Yee Tung, (D), of 77, Pokfulum Road. Hong Kong, be and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."
