AT a meeting of creditors in the above-
matter held at the Official Receiver's Offico, on the 21st day of March, 1920, it was resolved by special resolution of the creditors present to entertain a proposal for a composi- tion on certain terms, which have already been communicated to the Creditors.
The meeting for the purpose of deciding whe- ther the above resolution shall be confirmed will be held at the Official Receiver's Office, on Monday, the 15th day of April, 1929, at 10.30
