SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
1. The lessee may not mortgage or sublet the land.
2. The kiss is determinable at any time ou six calendar months' notice being given.
3. If He log-r terminol by the notice from the Crown before expiration of the period for which the bot le beused the bosser is, if his has in the improvements and if it is recommanded by the Dierict Officer, to be earitled to compensation, such compensation. to be not more on twice the value of a crop taken of the land resumed.
