No. 505. His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint Mr. HERMANN BALEAN, M.D., B.S. (London), F.R.C.S. (England), L.R.C.P., to be Honorary Visiting Surgeon to the Government Civil Hospital during the absence from the Colony of Mr. KENELM HUTCHINSON DIGBY, M.B., B.S. (London), F.R.C.S. (England), with effect from the 19th December, 1918.

No. 507. It is hereby notified that His Honour Sir WILLIAM REES-DAVIES, Knight, Chief Justice, has by Commissions signed by him, and dated the 5th day of December, 1918, appointed ROGER EDWARD LINDSELL, Deputy Registrar of the Supreme Court of Hongkong, to be a Commissioner to administer oaths and take declarations, affirmations, and attestations of honour in the Court, so long as he shall hold the said office of Deputy Registrar.
