No. 408.--His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government, under instructions received from the Secretary of State for the Colonies, has been pleased to appoint Mr. BERTRAM TANNER to be Headmaster of Queen's College in succession to Mr. THOMAS KIRKMAN DEALY, retired on pension, with effect from the 14th July, 1918.
