In clause 2 the words or canse to be brought were inserted after the word
"bring" in the first line of the proposed new section 4A.
At the end of clause 6 the words "and the following sub-section is substituted
therefor
(2) No person shall without lawful authority or exense have in his
employment, enstody or control any unregistered mui-tsai."
