The Attorney General proposed and the Colonial Secretary seconded that clause 6 of the Bill be omitted, and clause 6 as appearing in the printed amendment be substituted therefor.

On Council resuming, the Attorney General reported that the Bill had passed through Committee with amendment and moved that it be read a third time.
