No. 533.-It is hereby notified, under section 6 of the Crown Lands Resumption Ordinance, 1900, Ordinance No. 10 of 1900, that the Board of Arbitrators appointed to determine the amounts of compensation to be paid in respect of the resumption of :-
(1) S. ). IV Lot No. 15. (2) S. D. IV Lot No. 16. (3) S. D. IV Lot No. 18. (4) S. D. IV Lot No. 20. (5) S. D. IV Lot No. 26.
(6) S. D. IV Lot No. 28.
is constituted as follows :-
(7) S. D. IV Lot No. 151. (8) S. D. IV Lot No. 187. (9) S. D. IV Lot No. 188. (10) S. D. IV Lot No. 205. (11) S. D. IV Lot No. 215. (12) S. D. IV Lot No. 217.

Mr. HENRY EDWARD GOLDSMITH, M.I.M. & Cy. E., M.R.S.I., nominated by His
Excellency the Officer Administering the Government; and
Mr. EDMUND FREDERICK RONALD SAMPLE, F.R.I.B.A., nominated by the Chairman
on behalf of the respective owners.
It is hereby further notified that the Chairman hereby appoints Tuesday, the 29th day of October, 1929, at 2.15 o'clock in the afternoon, at the Land Office, the Courts of Justice, Victoria, Hong Kong, as the time and place for the Board to cominence its sittings.
Any person claiming compensation, whether as owner or otherwise, by reason of such resumption must, before the commencement of the sittings of the Board, transmit to the Colonial Secretary for his right or interest in the land and the amount which he seeks to recover.
