EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

No. 424.-Regulation 4 of the regulations made by the Governor in Council under section 23 of the Waterworks Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 16 of 1903, on the 15th day of August, 1929, is as follows,-

"4. The following note is added to Form B in the Schedule to the above

regulations :--

Note.-This form may be altered by the Water Authority as he

may consider desirable.”

and not as appears in Government Notification No. 402 in the Gazette of the 16th August, 1929.

No. 425.--It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council has given directions for the rescission of the Order of the 13th June, 1929, published in the Gazette of the 14th June, 1929, as Government Notification No. 305, declaring Saigon to be a place at which infectious or contagious diseases prevailed, and the same is hereby rescinded.
