Regulations made by the Governor in Council under section 95 of the Liquors Conso- lidation Ordinance, 1911, Órdinance No. 9 of 1911, on the 10th day of August, 1929.
Immature Spirits Regulations.
1. The definitions of brandy and whisky set forth on pages 459 and 460 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844-1925, shall apply to these regulations.
2. In these regulations the terms "uncertificated brandy" and "uncertificated whisky" shall include respectively all brandy and whisky hereafter imported into the Colony except such brandy and whisky as shall have been proved, to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, to have been matured in wood for not less than three years.
3. No uncertificated brandy or whisky shall be removed from any ship except into a general bonded warehouse, or to another ship for the purpose of exportation.
4. No uncertificated brandy or whisky shall be removed from any general bonded warehouse except into another general bonded warehouse, or to a ship for the purpose of exportation.
5. Notwithstanding anything in these regulations it shall be lawful for the Super- intendent in his discretion to allow removal for any purpose of such small quantities of uncertificated brandy or whisky as he may think fit, if he is satisfied that such brandy or whisky has been imported by a person for his private consumption.
6. These regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of January, 1930.

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under sections 25 (4), 33 (2) and 42 of the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, Ordinance No. 10 of 1899, on the 10th day of August, 1929.
Table M in the Schedule to the Merchant Shipping Ordinance, 1899, is hereby further amended by the substitution of "Red" for "Green" in the description, in regulation 18a (1), of the western boundary of the cable ground established between the City of Victoria and the south end of the Kowloon Peninsula.

NOTE.-Regulation 18a was added in September, 1924, vide G. N. No. 511 of 1924, and was subsequently amended, vide G. N. No. 572 of 1921. The effect of the above regulation is to cause the description of the western boundary of this cable ground to conclude with the words "Red light on the Pier at the end of Queen Victoria Street ".
