No. 262. The following further addition has been made to the Public Traffic Regulations for the Port of Hongkong published in the Gazette of 3rd August, 1914:
At the end of section (e) of Part I insert the following :-
"(vii.) When a South-Westerly gale is blowing and the Chief Examining Officer finds that it is impossible to board ships using the Western Entrance in the proper Examination Anchorage, vessels are to be examined under the lee of Green Island."
NOTE 1. A list of the notifications relating to the Public Traffic Regulations for the Port of Hongkong was published as a note to Notification No. 159 which appeared in the Gazette of the 16th April, 1917.
