TRADING WITH THE ENEMY AMENDMENT Act, 1916.
Orders have been made by the Board of Trade requiring the undermentioned businesses to be wound up :-

NOTE 3. A list of Orders made under the above Act was published as a note to Notification 548 in the Hongkong Gazette of the 14th December, 1917. This list gives all the Orders published in the Hongkong Gazette up to the 31st December, 1917. Subsequent Orders have been published in the Hongkong Gazettes of the 25th January, 8th February, 10th, 17th, and 23rd May, and 21st June, 1918.
