Regulations made by the Governor in Council under Section 3 of the Vehicles and Traffic Regulation Ordinance, 1912, Ordinance No. 40 of 1912, on the 30th May, 1918.

The Regulations made by the Governor in Council under Section 3 of the Vehicles and Traffic Regulation Ordinance, 1912, on the 6th April, 1916, and published in the Gazette on the 7th April, 1916, as Government Notification No. 141 as amended by the Regulation made by the Governor in Council on the 27th April, 1916, and published in the Gazette on the 28th April, 1916, as Government Notification No. 168 and as further amended by the Regulation made by the Governor in Council on the 27th July, 1916, and published in the Gazette on the 28th July, 1916, as Government Notification No. 324 and as further amended by the Regulation made by the Governor in Council on the 2nd November, 1916, and published in the Gazette on the 3rd November, 1916, as Govern- ment Notification No. 472 and as further amended by the Regulation made by the Governor in Council on the 28th December, 1916, and published in the Gazette on the 29th December, 1916, as Government Notification No. 561 and as further amended by the Officer Administering the Government in Council on the 22nd November, 1917, and published in the Gazette on the 23rd November, 1917, as Government Notification No. 514 are hereby amended as follows :--

1. In Regulation 10 by adding after the word "except" in the first line thereof

the words "private chairs and”.

2. In Regulation 11 by adding affer the word "except" in the first line thereof

the words "private chairs and".

3.-(1.) In table "A" under the heading "Licences" "1. Public Rickshas'

by deleting the words “(b.) in Kowloon and New Territories year $12

Fee" respectively and substituting therefor the words "(b.) In Kowloon and New Territories" "Half-year" "$12" respectively.

The list which was published in the Gazette of the 21st July, 1916, of persons and bodies of persons, incorporated or unincorporated, with whom trading is prohibited by the Trading with the Enemy (Statutory List) Proclamation, Hongkong, 1916, No. 3, and which has been amended by lists published in various Gazettes, is hereby further amended by the variation and addition of the names set forth in the Schedule hereto :-
