3. The Hon. Commander GEORGE FRANCIS HOLE, R.N. (Retired), (Harbour Master), the Hon. Dr. WILLIAM BROWNLOW ASHE MOORE, (Acting Director of Medical and Sanitary Services), and the Hon. Mr. José PEDRO BRAGA, took the oath of allegiance, and the Hon. Mr. Ts'o SEEN-WAN, O.B.E., LL.D. made affirmation of allegiance, on taking their seats as Members of Council.
