10. Pharmacy and Poisons Amendment Bill.-The Attorney General moved the Second reading of the Bill intituled "An Ordinance to amend the Pharmacy
and Poisons Ordinance, 1916."
The Colonial Secretary seconded. Question-put and agreed to.
Bill read a second time.
Council in Committee on the Bill.
In clause 1"1928" was substituted for "1929".
On Council resuming, the Attorney General reported that the Bill had passed
through Committee and moved that it be read a third time as amended.

COMPLIMENTS OF THE SEASON,
11. His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government expressed the hope that Sir CECIL CLEMENTI would be back in his place before the next meeting and thanked the Members of the Council for the assistance they had given during the period of his administration and wished them a happy and
prosperous new year.
