With reference to the notice of the nomination by His Excellency th- Officer Administering the Government of a member of the Board of Arbitrators to deter mine the amount of compensation to be paid in respect of the resumption of Kowloon Inland Lot No. 1278, published in the Gazette of the 23rd November, 1928, as Govern- ment Notification No. 361, and the owner having failed within.sever days from the date of such publication to nominate a member to serve on the said Board, I the undersigned, Chairman of the said Board, do hereby nominate and appoint EDMUND FREDERICK RONALD SAMPLE, Esquire, to be a member of the said Board on behalf of such owner.
