Order made by the Governor in Council under Sections 3 and 4 of the Importation and Exportation Ordinance, 1915, Ordinance No. 32 of 1915, on the 10th day of January,
1918.
The Schedule to Rule 41 of the rules made by the Governor in Council under the above Ordinance is amended as follows:-
(1) The following headings are deleted:-
(B) Aluminium, alloys of aluminium and manu-
factures of aluminium ;
(c) Arsenical ore ;
Chemicals, &c., the following:--
(c) Arsenic, compounds of arsenic, and mix-
tures containing arsenic ;
(B) Cresol, compounds and preparations of cresol (except saponified cresol), and nitro-cresol;
(B) Cresol (saponified);
(B) Coal, except coal allowed by the Superintendent of Imports and Exports to be shipped as bunker coal;
(B) Fencing staples;.
(c) Fishing gear, including tackle for fishing by
rod and line;
Leather goods of the following descriptions:-
(B) Belting, hydraulic leather, pump leather and leather manufactures suitable for textile machinery;
(B) Machinery, agricultural, and component parts thereof, including hand tools which can be used for agricultural purposes;
(c) Nails, wire;
(B) Oil, fish and seal, not otherwise prohibited, and
mixtures containing such oils;
(c) Oils, essential (except turpentine oil);
(B) Oil fuel, except oil fuel allowed by the Superin- tendent of Imports and Exports to be shipped for use on the exporting ship;
(B) Paper, Japanese tissue;
(B) Rubber (raw, waste, and reclaimed), solutions containing rubber, jellies containing rubber, and any other preparations containing rub- ber, and also balata, gutta-percha, and the following varieties of rubber, viz.:--Borneo, Guayule, Jelutong, Palembang, Pontianae, and all other substances containing caout- chouc ;
(B) Tin, and alloys of tin not otherwise specifically
prohibited;
(B) Vessels;
(B) Waxes, animal, mineral, vegetable, and com-
posite waxes, not otherwise prohibited;
(c) Wood-screws made of iron or steel;
(2) The following headings are added:-
(B) Aluminium, alloys of aluminium and manu-
factures of aluminium, or of its alloys;
(B) Arsenical ore;
