Approval and appointment made by the Governor in Council under section 56 of the Liquors Consolidation Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 9 of 1911, this 24th day of Decem- ber, 1928.
In exercise of the powers vested in him by the provisions of the Liquors Consolida- tion Ordinance, 1911, His Excellency the Governor in Council is pleased to approve and appoint the premises at Nos. 328, 330 and 332, Des Voeux Road West, the property of the China Navigation Co., Ltd. to be general bonded warehouses for the warehousing of dutiable liquors.

Regulations made by the Governor in Council under section 95 of the Liquors Con- solidation.. Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 9 of 1911, on the 24th day of December,
1928.
1. For the purposes of the Liquors Consolidation Ordinance, 1911, and of all regu- lations made thereunder, the China Navigation Co., Ltd. shall be deemed to be the person in charge of the general bonded warehouses this day approved and appointed for the warehousing of dutiable liquors.
2. The said China Navigation Co., Ltd. shall be responsible for the observance and performance of all the duties devolving upon a person in charge of such a general bonded warehouse and in particular for the observance and performance of the regulations num- bered 3 to 10 inclusive under the heading "General Bonded Warehouses" published in the Gazette on the 16th day of February, 1912, and appearing on pages 444-446 of the Regulations of Hong Kong, 1844-1925.
