If est de plus convenu par le présent échange de notes qu'à partir du 1er août 1928, les dispositions du traité d'extradition du 29 octobre 1911, ainsi que les conven- tions additionnelles au dit traité, du 5 mars 1907 et du 3 mars 1911, seront applicables aux mêmes conditions que celles qui sont prévues aux articles 2 et 3 de la susdite Con- vention du 8 août 1923, aux territoires du Ruanda-Urundi, au sujet desquels un mandat de la part de la Société des Nations a été accepté par Sa Majesté le Roi des Belges.

Now, therefore, His Majesty, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, and in virtue of the authority committed to Him by the said recited Acts, doth order, and it is hereby ordered, that from and after the 1st day of August, 1928, the said Acts shall apply in the case of Ruanda-Urundi under and in accordance with the Agreement cons- tituted by the said notes dated June 28, 1928, and July 2, 1928, respectively.

Provided always that the operation of the said Acts shall be and remain suspended within the Dominion of Canada so long as an Act of the Parliament of Canada, being Part I of Chapter 155 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1906, and entitled

66 An Act respecting the Extradition of Fugitive Criminals," shall continue in force there, and no longer.

This Order may be cited as the "Belgium (Extradition) Order in Council, 1928."

COLONIAL AUXILIARY FORCES LONG SERVICE MEDAL.

Regulation made by the Governor with His Majesty's approval in pursuance of the Royal Warrant of the 25th day of January, 1923, relating to the Colonial Auxiliary Forces Long Service Medal.

Regulation 10 of the regulations made by the Governor and published as Notification No. 462 in the Hong Kong Government Gazette of the 17th August, 1928, is hereby rescinded and the following regulation is substituted therefor :-

10. The Medal shall be worn after all British War Medals in such order as may from time to time be assigned to it, suspended from the left breast by a green riband of one inch and a quarter in width.
