No. 633.-His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased to appoint, under sub-section 1 of section 2 of the Pilots Ordinance, 1904, Ordi- nance No. 3 of 1904, Mr. CHARLES BUTLER RIGGS to be a member of the Pilotage Board, with effect from the 21st November, 1928.

His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government has been pleased, under the provisions of Statute 4 of the Second Schedule of the University Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 10 of 1911, to nominate Dr. Tso SEEN-WAN, O.B.E., LL.D., (f) as a member of the Court of the University of Hong Kong for a further period of three years, with effect from 4th January, 1927.
