No. 409.-His Excellency the Governor in Council has been pleased to direct under section 7 of the Public Health and Buildings Ordinance, 1903, Ordinance No. 1 of 1903, that the name of Mr. GERALD HOLLINGSWORTH BOND be added to the List of Authorized Architects published in Government Notification No. 408 of the 10th July, 1925.

No. 410.-It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor in Council has given directions for the rescission of the Order of the 8th February, 1928, published in the Gazette of the 10th February, 1928, as Government Notification No. 70 declaring Bangkok to be a place at which an infectious or contagious disease prevailed, and the same is hereby rescinded.

Regulation made by the Governor in Council under section 95 of the Liquors Consolidation Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 9 of 1911, on the 19th day of July, 1928.
The regulations under the heading "Distilleries ", made by the Governor in Council and published in the Gazette of the 18th March, 1927, as Government Notification No. 161, are hereby amended as follows:

(1) by the insertion of the following regulation next after regulation 8,-
8A.—(1) Except with the special permission of the Superintendent on valid reason being shown to his satisfaction on each occasion, all material put on to ferment on the licensed premises shall be distilled as soon as fermentation is complete, but in any event within the period of time set out in the following schedule,-
