The rainfall for the month of June at the Botanical Gardens was 13ins. 64 on 16 days, at the Matilda Hospital, Mount Kellett, it was 10ins. 80 on 21 days, and at the Police Station, Taipo, it was 16ins. '91 on 21 days.
The lowest reading of the barometer (M.S.L.) was 29ins. 532 at 3h. on the 12th.
The maximum squall velocity, as recorded by the Dines-Baxendell anemograph, was at the rate of 36 miles per hour at 5b. 05m. on the 4th.
