10. Supplementary Appropriation Bill.-The Colonial Secretary addressed the Council and moved the First reading of a Bill intituled An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a Supplementary Sum of Three hundred and eighty-seven thousand five hundred and ninety-nine Dollars and thirty-three Cents to defray the Charges of the year 1927.'

The Colonial Treasurer seconded.

Question-put and agreed to.

Bill read a first time.

ADJOURNMENT.

11. The Council then adjourned until Thursday, the 12th day of July, 1928.
