EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.
No. 333. The Court of the University of Hong Kong, on the 7th day of May, 1928, in exercise of the power in that behalf contained in section 14 of the University Ordinance, 1911, Ordinance No. 10 of 1911, amended the Statutes of the University by the rescission, of paragraph 11 of statute 3 and the substitution of the following para- graph therefor :-
11. Professors and Lecturers whose services are exclusively at the disposal of the University shall not, during the tenure of their appointment engage
in professional practice except in a consultative capacity and with the approval of the University Council.
The said amendment having been allowed by the Governor in Council on the 7th day of June, 1928, the same becomes valid and operative on the publication of this noti- fication.

NOTE. The Statutes of the University are set forth in the Second Schedule to the University Ordinance, 1911. Earlier amendments will be found in Government Notifications Nos. 350 of 1925, 263 of 1926, and 71 of 1927, and Ordinance No. 4 of 1927.
