No.184.—It is hereby notified that it is the intention of His Excellency the Governor to make an Order on the expiration of six months from the date hereof direct- ing the removal of all graves in those portions of Sections A, B and C in Mount C'aroline Cemetery which are shown in purple on a plan deposited in the Office of the Sanitary Department in this Colony. Such Order will be made for the purpose of the execution of a public work namely the proper laying out of such area for the purpose of burial therein of Chinese dead.
