No. 137. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Mr. SAMUEL BURNSIDE BOYD MCELDERRY to act as Secretary for Chinese Affairs, with effect from 12th March, 1928.

No. 138.-His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint, provisionally and subject to His Majesty's pleasure, Mr. SAMUEL BURNSIDE BOYD MCELDERRY to be a Member of the Executive and Legislative Councils, during his tenure of office as acting Secretary for Chinese Affairs, with effect from 12th March, 1928.
