No. 41.-The Government of Hong Kong is prepared to consider applications for the grant of facilities to persons desirous of establishing and maintaining an efficient supply of electric current in and for the Island of Cheung Chau. Applications should reach the undersigned not later than the first day of March, 1928. Particulars may be obtained from the undersigned or from the District Officer, South.

SUPREME COURT.
No. 42. The Offices of the Supreme Court will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. during the Chinese New Year Vacation, except on Public and General Holidays, when the offices will be entirely closed, subject, however, to the provisions of section 5 of the Supreme Court (Vacations) Ordinance, 1898, so far as it relates to the Criminal Sessions. The Chinese New Year Vacation commences on the 23rd January and termi- nates on the 27th January, 1928, (both days inclusive).
