BOTANICAL AND FORESTRY DEPARTMENT.

No. 955.-Tenders will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 19th November, 1906, for supplying Flower Pots for the year 1907.

For form of tender apply at the Colonial Secretary's Office.

For specification and further particulars apply at the Office of the Botanical and Forestry Department.

No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $25 as a pledge of the bona fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown if such person shall refuse to carry out his tender, should the tender be accepted.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.

No. 956.-Tenders will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Friday, the 30th November, 1906, for the maintenance and repair of Government Buildings in the Colony of Hongkong, British Kowloon and the New Territories during the year 1907.

No work will be permitted on Sundays.

For Form of tender, specification and further particulars apply at the Public Works Office.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
