No. 948.-All persons intending to apply for Seamen's Boarding House Licences for year 1906-1907 under Section 6 of Ordinance 10 of 1899 should send in their applica- tions in writing to this Office, on or before Thursday, the 15th November, 1906, stating accurately position of the house.
Before a licence can be issued, the applicant will be required to produce the consent of a Police Magistrate.
