THE TRADE MARKS ORDINANCE, 1898.
Application for Registration of Trade Mark.
NOTICE is hereby given that Messrs.
BARRETTO & Co., of Victoria Hong- kong Merchants have on the 12th day of December 1905 applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks of the following Trade Mark :--
Three tripod sacrificial vessels with two golden dragons in relief on each vessel. Each vessel appears to con- tain a piece of silver known as Sycee in the centre surmounted by three golden coins, the Sycee having a sprig of coral on its left and a leaf on its right with flames emerging from each vessel,
in the name of BARRETTO & Co., who claim to be the proprietors thereof.
The Trade Mark is inten led to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of the following goods : —
Cotton Yarn, in Class 23.
