NOTICE is hereby given that, the Superintendent of Customs and the Consular Body having declared the Ports of Kobe and Osaka in Japan to be infected, all vessels arriving therefrom shall abide by and be governed by the Rules published in Harbour Notification No. 1 of 1905.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Shikanose Buoy, moored to the South side of Shikanose, in Harimanada, Inland Sea, has broken adrift from its moorings.
