Notice is hereby given that AMSTERDAMSCHE LIKEURSTOKERIJ 'T LOOTSJE DER ERVEN LUCAS BOLS, of Distillery 't Lootsje, Amsterdam, Holland, Distillers, have complied with the requirements of Ordi- nance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of their Mark No. 54 of 1905, as applied to Gin and liqueurs, in Class 43; and that the same has been duly registered.

Notice is hereby given that PIETER LOOPTYT, trading as P. LOOPUYT & Co., of No. 49, Lange Nieuwstraat. Schiedam, Holland, Spirit Merchant, has complied with the requirements of Ordinance 6 of 1898, for the registration in this Colony of his Mark No. 55 of 1905, as applied to Gin. in Class 43; and that the same has been duly registereil.

Tenders will be received at this Office until Noon of Friday, the 11th August, 1905, for rearing Trees in nurseries and supplying Seeds.

For specification and further particulars apply at the Office of the Botanical and Afforestation Department.

No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $50 as a pledge of the bonâ fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown if such person shall refuse to carry out his tender should the tender be accepted.

No tender will be considered unless the person tendering produces a receipt to the effect that he has deposited in the Colonial Treasury the sum of $100 as a pledge of the bond fides of his offer, which sum shall be forfeited to the Crown if such person shall refuse to carry out his tender should the tender be accepted.

The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
