NOTICE is hereby given that A. & F.
PEARS LIMITED, Soap-makers an Perfumers, at 71 10 75, New Oxford Street. London and at Isleworth, Middlesex has on the 24th day of February 1905 applied for the registration in Hongkong in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark:-
in the name of A. & F. PEARS LIMITED who claims to be the Sale proprietor thereof.
The Trade Mark has been used by the applicant Company since its formation and prior to that by A. & F. Fears in respect of the following goods in Class 18 :--
Perfumery (including toilet Articles) pre- parations for the teeth and hair and Perfumed Soap.
A facsimile of the Trade Mark can be seen at the Office of the Colonial Secretary of Hongkong and also at the Office of the undersigned.
