OTICE is hereby given that a Final General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at the office of the Liqui- dator, Chartered Bank Building, 3, Queen's Road Central, Victoria, in the Colony of Hong- kong, on Saturday, 22nd December, 1917, at noon, precisely for the purpose of having the account of the Liquidator, showing the manner in which the Winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, laid before such meeting, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquida- tor, and to pass his remuneration, and also to pass the following Extraordinary Resolution,
