The Trade Mark consists of the words BABY'S OWN TABLETS immedi-
ately under which, in brackets, are the words (Dr. Williams) and a four- leaved clover, cach leaf of the clover having upon it a picture of a child. Under the clover appear the words "A Gentle Laxative and Comforting Medicine for Infants and Children,' and other wording explaining the uses and character of the medicine, also the signature "Dr. Williams' Medicine Co.," followed by the Com- pany's addresses. The whole of the design is printed in bluc on white and enclosed, in an ornamental border, and superimposed upon the wording, three on each side and reading from top to bottom and from right to left, are tho
