EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.
No. 888. It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor-in-Council has given directions for the rescission of Proclamation No. 5 of 1906, declaring Shanghai to be a port or place at which an infectious or contagious disease prevails, and that the same is hereby rescinded.
