The Lots are sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent, No 1 as a Building Lot, Nos. 2 and 5 as Grave Lots, and Nos. 3 and 4 as Garden Lots, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906. Nos. 1, 3 and 4 are also subject to Special Condition No. 5 published in Government Notification No. 278 of 1911. Nos. 3 and 4 are further subject to Special Conditions Nos. 1, 2 and 3 published in Government Notification No. 697 of 1909.

No. S. 274.--It is hereby notified that a sale by auction of about 23 old iron cannon now lying at or near Old Kowloon City, will take place at the Office of the Assistant District Officer (South), General Post Office Building, on Thursday, November 22nd, 1917, at 12 o'clock noon.
Applications, which should be made before November 17th, for permission to view the said guns should be made at the above mentioned Office between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on any day except Saturdays or Sundays.
CONDITIONS OF SALE.
(a) The upset price to be $1,500.
(b) The cannon to be sold in one lot as they lie at present.
(c) The purchaser to remove them at his own cost. Any holes left in the ground by their removal to be filled in to the satisfaction of the Assistant District Officer, South. Any damage done to the structure of the City wall must be made good.
