RIDAY, the 17th day of February, 1905, at 12 o'clock at noon, precisely, has been fixed for the First General Meetings of -Creditors in the above Matters, to be held at the Official Receiver's Office, Land Office, Queen's Road Central, Victoria aforesaid.
No Creditor can vote unless he previously proves his debt.
Forms of Proof and Proxy can be obtained at the Official Receiver's Office during Office hours.
At the First General Meetings, the Creditors will be asked to consider whether the Debtors shall be adjudged Bankrupts or whether they, the Creditors, will entertain a proposal for a Composition or Scheme of Arrangement.

GENTLEMEN,
The Directors have now to submit to you a General Statement of the affairs of the Bank, and Balance Sheet for the half-year ending 31st December. 1901.
The net profits for that period, including $1,492,554.31, balance brought forward from last account, after paying all charges, deducting interest paid and due, and making provision for bad and doubtful accounts, amount to $4,745,544.05.
The Directors recommend the transfer of $1,000,000 from the Profit and Loss Account to credit of the Silver Reserve Fund, which Fund will then stand at $1,000,000,
They also recommend writing off Bauk Pre- mises Account the sum of $200,000.
After making these Transfers and deducting Remuneration to Directors there remains for appropriation $3,580,544.95, out of which the Directors recommend the payment of a Dividend of One Pound and Ten Shillings Sterling per Share, which at 4/6 will absorb $533,333.33 and a Bonus of one Pound Sterling per Share, which at 4/6 will absorb $355,555,55.
The difference in Exchange between 46. the rate at which the Dividend and Bonus are declared, and 1/11%, the rate of the day, amounts to $1,118,246.42.
The Balance $1,493,408.75 to be carried to New Profit and Loss Account.
