36, Bonham Strand, Victoria, in the Colony of Hongkong, Trader, has on the 27th day of April, 1917, applied for the registration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks, of the following Trade Mark :-

Such Trade Mark has not been registered elsewhere and has not hitherto been used by the Applicant in respect of substances prepared for use in Medicine and Pharmacy in the name of La CHUNG SHING TONG, in Class 3, but it is his intention so to use it forthwith.

A representation of an Airship flying over a Mountain, behind the Mountain is the sea with the Sun rising to the left and three vessels on the sea to the right. The Airship has a flag at her stern with the letters K. S. thereon. The whole is surrounded by a fancy border.

The said Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants for five years in respect of Socks of inferior quality, in Class 38.
