It is hereby notified that sealed tenders in duplicate, which should be clearly marked "Tender for New Motor House, Pokfulam Road", will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Monday, the 16th day of July, 1917, for the construction of a New Motor House at Pokfulam Road.

No work will be permitted on Sundays.

Apo Island.

THE sixth order fixed white light varied by a red flash on the highest point of Apo Island, Negros, has been replaced by an automatic acetylene gas light, showing one white flash every five (5) seconds. Position, height, are and range of visibility remain the same.

• Aparri.

The first class red nun buoy off Linao Point, Aparri, Province of Cagayan, which was reported missing in Notice to Mariners No. 429, November 17, 1915, has been replaced by a second class red nun buoy. It is now moored in 9 fathoms of water on the follow- ing bearings:----

Aparri Church belfry S. 35° E. Linao light station S. 40° W.
