Forms of Proof and Proxy can be obtained and filled in at the Official Receiver's Office during office hours.
At the First General Meeting the Creditors will be asked to consider whether the Debtors shall be adjudged Bankrupt.

SAN KNITTING COMPANY, of No. 141, Portland Street, Yaumati, in the Colony of Hongkong, have in their Application dated the 28th day of April, 1917, applied for the regis- tration in Hongkong, in the Register of Trade Marks of the Trade Mark of which the following is a detailed description :--
A représentation of an Airship flying over a Mountain, behind the Mountain is the sea with the Sun rising to the left and three vessels on the sea to the right. The Airship has a flag at her stern with the letters K. S. thereon. The whole is surrounded by a fancy border.
in the name of the KwONG SAN KNITTING COM- PANY, who claim to be the Proprietors thereof.
The said Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants for five years in respect of Socks of inferior quality, in Class 38.
