New Lights Established. Buoy Changed.

Pearl Bank.

An automatic acetylene flashing light, showing one white flash every six (6) seconds, was established May 11, 1917, on Pearl Bank, Sulu Sea. The light is shown from a round steel tower painted white. Height of light above mean high water, 65 feet; above ground, 60 feet; and visible all around the horizon, and for a distance of 13 miles.
