The Lots are sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent, No. 1 as a Cemetery Lot, and No. 2 as Agricultural Lots, subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906 and to the Special Condition No. 1 in Government Notification No. 697 of 1909. No. 1 is further subject to the Special Conditions set out below, and No. 2 to Special Conditions Nos. 2 and 3 published in Government Notification No. 697 of 1909 and No. 5 in Govern- ment Notification No. 278 of 1911.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
1. The Lot shall only be used as a Cemetery and should it at any time cease to be so used, shall forthwith revert to the Crown. No compensation shall be payable to the pur- chaser on such reversion.
2. The Lot shall be subject to any regulations that may hereafter be made by the Governor in Council regarding Cemeteries.
No. S. 38. It is hereby notified that the following Sale of Crown Land by Public Auction will be held at the Police Station, Au Tau, at 12 Noon, on Thursday, the 1st day of March, 1917.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS.
1. The Lot is to be used solely for the purpose of rearing and breeding oysters and for no other purpose whatever.
2. The Purchaser shall be entitled to and shall execute on demand a Lease from the Crown of the ground comprised in the Lot sold. Such Crown Lease shall be in the form produced at the time of sale and signed by the Land Officer.
