OTICE is hereby given that at an Ex- traordinary General Meeting of the above Company duly convened and held at Wakinohama, Kobe, Japan, on Monday, Decem- ber 18th, 1916, the following special resolution was duly passed and at a subsequent Extraor- dinary General Meeting of the said Company also duly convened and held at the same place, on Monday, January 15th, 1917, the said special resolution was duly confirmed:---

"That the Company be wound-up volun- tarily under the provisions of the Com- panies' Ordinances of Hongkong, and that Mr. H. S. GooDWYN ISITT, Char- tered Accountant be and hereby is appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.

Further that the said Liquidator shall have

The Trade Mark has been used by the Ap- plicants, and their predecessors in business in respect of Milk Food or Lacteous Farina since at least the year 1866; in respect of Condensed Milk since at least the year 1884; and such Trade Mark has been used by the Applicants in respect of Chocolate since at least the year 1905; and in respect of Caramels since the year 1915. Such Trade Mark is intended to be used by the Applicants forthwith in respect of Milk whether Fresh, Sterilized or Preserved, Cocoa, Chocolate Bon-Bons; and other food preparations containing Cocoa or Milk, all in Class 42.
