OTICE is hereby given that at an Ex- traordinary General Meeting of the above Company duly convened and held at Yokohama, Japan, on the 16th day of Novem- ber, 1916, the following Special Resolution was duly passed and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the said Company also duly convened and held at the same place, on the 15th and on adjournment on the 22nd day of Dec- ember, 1916, the said Special Resolution was duly confirmed namely:---
That the Company be wound-up volun-
tarily under the provisions of the Com- panies' Ordinances of Hongkong, and that Mr. W. K. TRESIZE be appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up, and that the remuneration of the liquidator for his services be
fixed at the rate of one per cent. on
the gross proceeds."
