Regulation made by the Governor-in-Council, under the authority of Section 6 of the Sunday Cargo-Working Ordinance, 1891, (Ordinance No. 1 of 1891), this 25th day of September, 1906.

1. The fees in the Schedule hereto shall until the 31st day of October 1996 be payable for the grant of a Sunday permit under the Sunday Cargo-Working Ordinance 1891 instead of the fees in the Second Schedule to that Ordinance.

2. From and after the 31st day of October 1906 the fees in the Second Schedule to the Sunday Cargo-Working Ordinance 1891 shall be payable as heretofore for the grant of a Sunday permit.
