Order made by the Governor in Council under Section 9 of the Post Office Ordinance, 1900, Ordinance No. 6 of 1900, on the 1st day of November, 1917.
It is hereby notified that on and after the 1st November, 1917, parcels may be sent to the United Kingdom viâ Canada and that the rates of postage on such parcels will be as follows:-

No. 486. His Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint LAM YIK-SANG (4) to be a "Forest Officer" for the control and superintendence of the forests of the Colony, in succession to NG SANG (4) resigned, with effect from the 1st November, 1917.
